Manhattan basketball coach Steve Masiello, whose five-year, $6.25 million deal with USF was nullified by a false resume, is getting a second chance with the Jaspers. School president Brennan O'Donnell said he will be reinstated upon completing his communications degree from Kentucky, which his resume indicated he had earned. He'll remain on unpaid leave until then. Masiello participated in graduation ceremonies in 2000 and enrolled in summer courses with the intention of completing his degree but didn't follow through.
