KAEPERNICK PART OF MIAMI POLICE INVESTIGATION

MAKING NEWS

Forty-niners quarterback Colin Kaepernick and two other NFL players are named in a Miami police report involving a woman who passed out while drinking with the players and later woke up in a hospital not knowing how she got there, authorities said. No one has been charged with a crime. Niners WR Quinton Patton and Seahawks WR Ricardo Lockette were also with the unnamed woman on April 1 at ICON Viceroy Hotel on Brickell Avenue, where Lockette lives, according to police, who stressed that there are only unproven allegations. The woman, who said she had a past sexual relationship with Kaepernick, said the players told her that to have a drink she had to "hit the bong which contained marijuana."
