BACON Paul Douglas "Doug", age 69, formerly of Largo, passed away Feb. 12, 2014, in Chiefland, born in Indiana. BALLESTAS, Dr. Enrique Eladio 75, of Clearwater, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Judith Gonzalez; his four children, Enrique Carlos Eduardo and Maria; and eight grandchildren. He was born in Cartagena, Colombia and moved to United States to continue his medical career. He worked for over 30 years at the Pinellas County health department. COFFRAN, Manley (Tom) and Peggy, passed away in Tampa; Tom on March 5, 2014, and Peggy on March 29, 2014. Tom was retired from USAF and from Rotor Rooter. Peggy had worked for Winn Dixie and Circle K. Both had delivered the St. Petersburg Times newspaper in the Tampa area for many years. DAUBRESSE, Julie E. 86, of Sun City Center, passed away April 5, 2014. Julie was born in Detroit, MI, on Dec. 11, 1927, to the late James and Julia Pirosko. Julie graduated from Southwestern High School. She married the late Richard Ramsey in 1951. She enjoyed a lengthy bank management career, retiring from both Bank of the Commonwealth and Security Bank and Trust. Julie was the beloved wife of Ted Daubresse for 37 years, which Ted freely admits were the happiest 37 years of his life. They met on a blind date and it was obvious from the start that they were very compatible and shared the same interests and values. They were married six weeks later. As Ted has often said - he didn't want someone snatching Julie away from him. Ted & Julie relocated from Allen Park, MI, to Sun City Center in 1991, where they shared 23 wonderful years together. Julie was an active member of the community, frequently enjoying the company of many dear friends. Among other places, they were in Tahiti twice. Julie is survived by her husband, Ted Daubresse; three children, James (Linda) Ramsey, David Ramsey, Cynthia (Sid) VanHou-ten; sister, Margaret Smith; nine grandchildren; and four great-grand-children. GRANADO, Aralia "Lila" 86, of Tampa, passed away April 9, 2014 at Tampa General Hospital in the Palliative Care Unit. Born and raised in Tampa, she graduated from Jefferson High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Miguel and Bertha Otero; and her siblings Raymond Otero and Olga Currie. JEAN, Philippe Bernard On April 6, 2014 a big part of our life was lost. At the age of 51, Philippe was a top engineer in the HVAC industry, had been married to Terry for 21 years, and raised two amazing kids Michael and Megan. LAWRENCE, P.L. 79, of Plant City passed away April 9, 2014, after a courageous 7 year battle with cancer. A loving husband, father and grandfather, who loved to hunt, fish and TALK. PRICE, Nancy Jean (Lockwood) 69, of Lutz passed away Monday, April 7 2014, in the evening surrounded by her loving family. Nancy was born in Cleveland, OH on Jan. 11, 1945 to the late Owen and Edith Lockwood. She was the third child in her family of four siblings. Nancy graduated from Las Cruces High School in 1963. Her family was proud of her accomplishments and hard work as she graduated from nursing school in 1965. She spent the next thirty years working as LPN in various hospitals across the United States as her family moved. Nancy was very loving, strong, delightful, hardworking individual who had an amazing personality that could put a smile on the face of everyone around her. She was a cherished and proud daughter, sister, mother and grandmother who was loved dearly. Her most favored memories were times spent together with her family. SCHATZ, Dave on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, Dave lost his months' long battle with cancer.
