Hernando — Tucker
Tucker is a 2-year-old, black and white male Lab mix. He loves to run and play, so a home with exercise room would be best for him. He’s been working on his leash training and learning new commands. If you’d like to be his walking buddy, contact Hernando County Animal Services at (352) 796-5062, or AC@hernando.fl.us.
Pinellas — Audrey
Audrey is a lovable, big ball of fur. All it takes to make her happy is a blanketed lap to lie on. Her one sadness is that previous owners had her declawed. If you’d like to adopt her, fill out an application on the Friends of Strays website at Friendsofstrays.org/adopt.
Manatee — Brew
Brew is a 6-year-old domestic, medium hair cat. She’s very independent and love to lounge in her bed all day. She does well with older children and calm pets. She’s spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations. For more information or to adopt her, call (941) 747-8808, ext. 313, or e-mail adoptions@humanesocietymanatee.org.
Hillsborough— Merna
Merna is a 2-year-old mini-American bulldog with an under-bite. She’s an affectionate dog who loves laps. She does well with cats and little kids, but is best to be an only dog in the house. She’s housebroken, vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. To meet and adopt her, go to SecondChanceFriends.org, or find them on Facebook at SecondChanceFriendsInc.
Pasco — Alice/“Allie”
Alice is a 4-year-old, female boxer mix. She’s shy at first, but turns into a ball of love after she warms up to you. She knows basic commands and loves car rides to get fast food hamburgers. She does well with older kids and dogs, but doesn’t get along with cats. To meet her in a COVID-19 safe outdoor environment, call the SPCA Suncoast at (727) 849-1048.
