So, you want to go to Disney?

Sounds simple. That is, until you realize you haven't been to Disney World in years and you don't know anything at all about how to do.

Gone are the bygone days of yore in which you could just buy a ticket and show up. Planning a family park vacation can feel like writing a dissertation, but it doesn't have to.

This week, the Life of the Party podcast welcomes Disney expert and former Disney Mom's Panel member Wilma Norton, who helps decode the following:

How do I get the best deal on tickets?

Do I stay at a Disney resort?

What is a MagicBand and why do I need one?

What is a Fast Pass and how do I get one?

Should I get a meal plan?

What time should I plan to get to the park?

What do I need to buy in the stores? Ears? Dole Whip? Daisy Duck trucker hat?

When does all this work become, you know, magical?

All that, plus we recap the Oscars and explain the history of the king cake.
