There’s trouble brewing in paradise, Parrotheads.

Trop-rock icon Jimmy Buffett on Tuesday announced he was postponing his Dec. 13 concert at Amalie Arena in Tampa due to shoulder surgery. Like Elton John before him, Buffett is pushing his show back an entire year — all the way to Dec. 11, 2020.

A statement from Live Nation and Amalie Arena does not go into detail about Buffett’s shoulder injury, saying only that he’ll need “time for recovery and therapy,” and that he and his band “regret the postponement, but look forward to partying in 2020 in Florida!”

Tickets purchased for this year’s show will be honored on the new date. Otherwise, you can get a refund at point of purchase. Click here for details.

Buffett also had a concert at Orlando’s Amway Center that had been scheduled for Dec. 7. That show will now take place on Dec. 5, 2020.
