  • Soul queen Jill Scott is coming to Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater on March 17, on a tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of her debut album Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol. 1. Tickets are $64.25 and up. Click here.
  • The one and only Michael Bolton is coming to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa on Jan. 24. Tickets are $70 and up. Click here.
  • Due to huge demand for his concert on Jan. 28, Lyle Lovett has announced a second date at the Nancy and David Bilheimer Captiol Theatre in Clearwater on Jan. 27. Tickets start at $69.50. Click here.
  • Another country legend, Ricky Skaggs, is coming to the Bilheimer Capitol Theatre on April 4. Tickets are $37.50 and up. Click here.
  • The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival has announced its concert lineup for 2020. Tony! Toni! Tone! will perform with Dwele and Eric Darius on Jan. 18, while Nick Colionne, Third World and B.K. Jackson will perform on Jan. 19. The shows take place at Curtis Hixon Park in Tampa. Click here.
  • Saturday Night Live veteran Colin Quinn is coming to Ruth Eckerd Hall’s Murray Theatre on Feb. 28. Tickets are $39.50 and up. Click here.
  • Reggae-rockers Pepper are coming to Jannus Live in St. Petersburg on Feb. 22. Tickets are $22 and up. Click here.
  • Donna the Buffalo is a New Year’s Eve tradition in Tampa Bay, almost always playing multiple sets at Skipper’s Smokehouse on Dec. 31. They were booked there this year before WMNF-FM 88.5 decided they needed more room. So instead, Donna the Buffalo will headline a New Year’s Eve party for the station at the Cuban Club in Ybor City. The show will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the first gig the band ever played in Florida, at the 1994 Tropical Heatwave festival at the Cuban Club. Tickets are $35 and up. Click here.
  • Electronic pioneers Lords of Acid are coming to the Orpheum in Ybor City on March 26 alongside Aesthetic Perfection. Tickets are $22 and up. Click here.
