As engagement editor, I direct our newsroom’s strategy on our social media accounts, help run tampabay.com, write newsletters and even send notifications to your phone. My goal is to represent the Tampa Bay Times where people are getting their news — in online and digital spaces. And I’m so glad I get to do that for my hometown newspaper. I also spend a lot of my time pampering my kittens and you’re bound to catch me lounging on Pass-A-Grille beach with a cheesy romance novel on my days off.
