  3. An aviation-themed lounge, Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar features unique cocktails and small plates at its prime location along Lake Buena Vista. Ardent fans of the "Indiana Jones" films may recognize Jock Lindsey as Indy's frequent pilot. In the main room, guests can discover an expansive bar, aviation decor filling the room, vintage travel posters covering the walls and correspondence between Jock, Indy and their fellow adventurers on display.   9. One of the more popular food booths at SeaWorld's Seven Seas Food Festival is the Florida market with shrimp and cheese grits. The festvial returns for a second year focusing on global cuisine and lineup of pop and country artists.  It's running weekends now through April 15.
  10. Topiary artists at Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festvial have found new ways to use plant materials for  topiary facial features, bringing Snow Whiteâ\u0080\u0099s face to life. The festival, which runs 90 days Feb. 28-May 28 features dozens of character topiaries, floral displays, gardening seminars and the Garden Rocks concert series of pop and country artists.   11. Disney Cruise Line brings back Star Wars Day at Sea for a third year January through March 2018. They also just announced another set of dates for the experience January through April 2019. The exclusive experience includes movie screenings, character interactions, a nighttime deck show and fireworks, trivia, a Porg scavenger hunt and Jedi training for kids.
