Jefferee Woo - Photographer

Photographer

I started my career working as a network administrator in San Antonio, Texas, while doing photography as a hobby. A visit to the Newseum in Washington D.C. would change my life forever. After viewing a gallery of Pulitzer Prize-winning photographs there, I was inspired and motivated to make a difference in society. I decided that I wanted to do something meaningful with my life and being a photojournalist was the answer. What I love about being a photojournalist is that I get to learn something new on each assignment, meet interesting people and serve the community that I cover. When a camera isn’t in my hands, I like to travel, play table tennis, and stuff my face with delicious food.
