    A small memorial for Jessica Raubenholt, of Jeromesville, Ohio, can be seen off of Bayshore Boulevard and W Knights Avenue on Thursday. The 24-year-old mother was pushing her 21-month-old daughter across Bayshore when they were struck by a racing car on Wednesday, Tampa police said. The mother was fatally injured and died that day.
