I grew up running around rowdy newsrooms back when cigarette smoke wafted through the hallways, paste-up was a thing and cursing was the norm. My father was a 45-year newspaper journalist and two-time public service Pulitzer Prize winning editor. He loved his job immensely which inspired me to follow in his footsteps. I have copy edited and designed for 17 years, most recently for The Denver Post. In my free time I like to hang out with my twin sister, rock climb, mountain bike, snowboard and backpack in the beautiful state of Colorado. I have three dogs — two Siberian Huskies and a Bernese Mountain Dog/Lab mix — that accompany me on all my wild adventures.
