"I'll be back." Arnold Schwarzenegger and his iconic characters have said it over and over again, so it's probably just time we all believe it. Why? Because it turns out that Terminator 6 is actually happening, with shooting scheduled to begin this summer.
According to Movieweb.com, Schwarzenegger was Columbus, Ohio, over the weekend for a bodybuilding event and went on the record about the Terminator sequel.
"We are starting to shoot Terminator 6 in June to the middle of October, so I am in that," he said. "I am looking forward to coming back as the T-800 model. It's gonna be great with Tim Miller as the director and Jim Cameron is kind of supervising the whole thing."
We already think we know a little about what to expect from the movie. Linda Hamilton is expected to return as "Sarah Connor." And Terminator 6 will in fact be a sequel to 1991's Terminator 2: Judgement Day. That means the storylines of the Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Terminator: Salvation and Terminator: Genisys will be ignored.
(So why call this Terminator 6? What do I know? I'm no '80s expert.)
