Defensive end Carl Nassib, who was claimed off waivers from the Browns where he was a star on Hard Knocks, said he's glad to be part of the Bucs. He also doesn't miss the HBO cameras.

"It's been pretty exciting," Nassib said. "What is today? I was going to fly in here Monday night and the flight got cancelled, so I came in yesterday. It's really exciting. I'm extremely happy."

Nassib, a third-year player from Penn State, was featured early in the show giving financial advice to teammates.

"I'm  glad now I can just focus on this," Nassib said. "(The Hard Knocks crew) are great people, but it's nice when they're not there."

It's uncertain what role, if any, Nassib will play in Sunday's game against the Saints.

"Just learning the playbook as quick as I can," he said. "Being available and helping out wherever I can, for sure."
