The Bucs defense plays well, but the offense continually breaks down in the red zone as the team racks up 500 yards of offense but manages just 3 points in a 16-3 loss to Washington.

Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter takes over the play-calling for the first time this season but is unable to overcome four turnovers, including two interceptions and a fumble by quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Rick Stroud and Times sports columnist Tom Jones discuss the loss and what they expect today: whether Jameis Winston will regain his starting quarterback role and if Chandler Catanzaro will no longer be with the Bucs after missing two field goals.
