Unlike defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, defensive back Vernon Hargreaves showed up for the first day of organized team activities on Tuesday.

But Hargreaves watched from the sidelines, as head coach Bruce Arians told reporters he was not mentally ready to practice.

Plus, Lavonte David talked about the possibility of finding himself in the same situation as McCoy next season, without a guaranteed contract.

Also, the Rays shut out the Marlins, 4-0, behind Charlie Morton's six strong innings and Avisail Garcia's three runs batted in, including a 471-foot home run.

And, USF signs a deal to play Miami in football three times in the next 10 years.
