All eyes in Tallahassee turned to HB 7055 this week, as House Republican leaders grew their key education legislation to nearly 200 pages, tied the public schools budget to its fate, and sped it to the House floor. Fearing another HB 7069-type outcome, Democrats vowed to fight back more aggressively this time around.
