The Hillsborough County School Board on Tuesday named Kevin Kastner as principal of West Tampa Elementary, and Steven Sims as principal of FishHawk Creek Elementary.
Kastner, 42, joined the district in 2004 and has worked since 2015 as assistant principal at Progress Village Middle Magnet School.
Sims, 51, joined the district in 1997 and is transferring from the principal’s position at Lamb Elementary.
There were also 19 assistant principal transfers, which are listed here.
