Jaquaze Sorrells was pegged for stardom before he entered high school. In eighth grade, Sorrells already was a standout at football camps in his age group. Largo coaches were giddy at the thought of gaining such a prized potential prospect. Sorrells has delivered, wreaking havoc up front despite being consistently double-teamed. He is the lone area player selected and committed to playing in the next Under Armour All-American Game. The trenches are the primary spot for area recruits in the class of 2019. Plant's Will Putnam is considered the top prospect among offensive linemen, a position that boasts two of the top three area recruits for 2018: Berkeley Prep's Nicholas Petit-Frere and Cambridge Christian's Richard Gouraige.
