UPDATE, 6:06: The Rays will stay in rotation, so Faria will slide back a day and pitch Wednesday, vs. Cobb, and Archer will get an extra day's rest and pitch Thursday, against RHP Dylan Bundy.

Also of note, Cash said 3B Matt Duffy (right hamstring strain) had a real good work day and will play in a simulated game Wednesday in Port Charlotte with the potential for rehab games starting Thursday with either the Stone Crabs or Durham Bulls.

DEVELOPING: Acknowledging the forecast for heavy rain much of the night, the Orioles postponed tonight's game against the Rays.

The teams will play a doubleheader – single admission – on Saturday, May 12, when the Rays next visit.

The Orioles are expected to push starter Alex Cobb, the ex-Ray facing his team for the first time, back to Wednesday's game.

The Rays are discussing their options, but seem likely to start RHP Chris Archer on his regular day Wednesday and bump RHP Jake Faria to Thursday.
