Get ready for an eclectic mix of music at one of the best weekends of free music Tampa Bay has to offer.

The Clearwater Sea-Blues Festival, which returns Feb. 23-24, will bring a mix of soul, blues, funk and Americana acts to Coachman Park in Clearwater. Topping the bill: Powerhouse soul combo Vintage Trouble, Grammy-winning blues-folk artist Fantastic Negrito, funky alt-country act Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band and the Devon Allman Project featuring Duane Betts. (It's like a lil' Allman Brothers Band family reunion!)

General admission at Clearwater Sea-Blues is free, though you can upgrade to reserved seating and other amenities for $25 and up. And you'll have to buy your own seafood.

Here's the complete lineup by day:

Saturday, Feb. 23: Vintage Trouble, Fantastic Negrito, Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band, Ruby Velle and the Soulphonics, Mark Telesca, Jamie 'n' Royce

Sunday, Feb. 24: The Devon Allman Project featuring Duane Betts, Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, Davy Knowles, RJ Howson, Victoria Ginty and Ladyhawke
