TAMPA — Westshore Marina District has signed its second retail tenant — a juice bar with the unusual name DRNK coffee + tea and QWENCH juice bar . Founded in California, DRNK and QWENCH offers coffees and teas on the DRNK side of the store and raw juices, smoothies and acai bowls on the QWENCH side. The company, making its first move into Florida, is leasing 1,200 square feet in the retail-and-restaurant area of the marina district and expects to open the store early next year.

BTI Partners, master developer of the district near the intersection of Gandy and West Shore boulevards, announced earlier this month that the retail area's anchor tenant will be the boutique grocery Duckweed Urban Market.

"We are diligently bringing in retailers with modern and unique concepts that will offer experiences while meeting the everyday needs of Tampa Bay area residents,'' said Britney Mroczkowski of BTI Partners. Scores of tenants already have moved into apartments in the 52-acre marina district, which also will have townhomes and three condo towers overlooking the bay.
