TAMPA — Westshore Marina District has signed a spa and a hair salon as tenants in its retail center.

Crave Spa, which has another location in Tampa, will offer several services including nails, facials and permanent makeup. Salon Color Bar, which has a location in St. Petersburg, will specialize in hair coloring.

Last month, the district's master developer, BTI Partners, signed a lease with Duckweed Urban Market as the anchor retail tenant. The boutique grocery will open early next year along with DRNK coffee + tea and QWENCH juice bar.

"Specialty retailers recognize the rapid growth of the Tampa Bay area and want to be in walkable communities where people live, work and play,” said Noah Breakstone, CEO of BTI Partners.
