Allen West has a new job in conservative media

Former Rep. Allen West said on Fox's On The Record with Greta Van Susteren tonight that he's joined the conservative media company PJ Media as a programming director and host of NextGeneration.TV, an online show.

"We're going to look at the news, the current news through the lens of young Americans," the Florida Republican said. "We're going to start to stand up for that next generation. We want to be able to engage the grandparents, the parents of children and the grandchildren. We're going to be rolling out Internet TV programs."

He said on Feb. 4 he would begin to host a show with Michelle Fields, a young conservative, and John Phillips, a talk radio host in Los Angeles. "We're going to have live shows. We're going across the country." (The trio introduces their show in this video) West indicates he and Fields will be based in Washington.
