Police were called just before 2 a.m. after the apparent overdose, with cops finding a small amount of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Bon Jovi's eldest child of four and only daughter was arrested and released, with instructions to return to court at a later date. She then spent her time recuperating at a hospital nearby.

She and another student, 21-year-old Ian Grant, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, while Stephanie was also hit with weed possession and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, which are also misdemeanors.
