No warning for pitchers before game

UPDATE, 7:09: Fox's Ken Rosenthal reported on the pre-game show that he had spoken to Rapuano and there would be no pre-game warning.

BREAKING: Rays manager Joe Maddon said he "fully anticipates" the umpires will issue a warning to both teams tonight, meaning they can, and likely will, eject a pitcher who throws at or hits a batter.

"And that's fine; we're fine with that,'' he said.

Maddon said his only concern was that the ruling somehow limits David Price's aggressiveness, since he typically throws inside to right-handed hitters.
