Of all the factors to consider when you retire, affordability is one of the most important. New survey data from 55places.com narrowed down the 20 most affordable retirement destinations in the county, and almost half are in Florida.

The cities were ranked based on a survey of 55places.com readers. The survey looked at every major metropolitan area across the United States that had at least 50,000 residents. Some cities were removed from the running based on factors like crime and extreme climate conditions. The remaining 215 cities were assessed based on twelve data points, including average home sale price, cost of living, health care options and rates of volunteerism.

Here’s the full list of the top most affordable cities.
