Oh, Daily Mail, always with the telling celebrity parents how to raise their children. David Beckham is none too pleased with the British paper after it published photos of Harper Beckham sucking on a pacifier and posed the question, "Why does Harper, four, still use a dummy?"
The Daily Mail talked to a bunch of experts who said it's bad for Harper's teeth and could affect her speech, something most parents know and understand and don't need the Daily Mail to tell the world while publicly shaming their adorable child, thank you very much.
Somehow, the Beckhams avoided a visit by Child Protective Services. Close one.
The soccer star later took to Instagram to address the crisis: "Why do people feel they have the right to criticize a parent about their own children without having any facts?? Everybody who has children knows that when they aren't feeling well or have a fever you do what comforts them best and most of the time it's a pacifier so those who criticize think twice about what you say about other people's children because actually you have no right to criticize me as a parent …"
As an apparent comma hater, though…
