Emma Roberts arrested after punching, possibly biting boyfriend Evan Peters

Eric Roberts' daughter was taken into custody on July 7 after someone heard them fighting in their hotel room and called the cops, TMZ reports. Peters had a bloody nose and an alleged bite mark (which Emma's people deny), so she was arrested. She was let go a few hours later because Evan, 26, didn't press charges. Because, you know, 5-foot-6, 110 pounds.

The site says the couple was hitting each other, but only Peters suffered visible injuries, hence the arrest. The couple released a statement to Us Weekly reading, "It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding.
