Events: David Sedaris to appear at Clearwater's Ruth Eckerd Hall

Cristin Bishara (Relativity) will discuss and sign her YA fantasy novel at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Inkwood Books, 216 S Armenia Ave., Tampa.

Eckerd College's Presidential Events series presents Katherine Boo (Behind the Beautiful Forevers: Life, Death, and Hope in a Mumbai Undercity) discussing and signing her book, which won the 2012 National Book Award for nonfiction, at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Fox Hall on the Eckerd campus, 4200 54th Ave. S, St. Petersburg.

Bill DeYoung (Skyway: The True Story of Tampa's Signature Bridge and the Man Who Brought It Down) will discuss and sign his history of the Sunshine Skyway disaster at 7 p.m. Thursday at Inkwood Books.
