1. Arts & Entertainment

On your radar: Comedian Josh Blue, 'Revenge of the Electric Car' and an artist appreciation party — or, if you're feeling more adventurous, go skateboarding

Josh Blue: Blue — who has cerebral palsy and has competed as a U.S. Paralympic soccer player — first appeared on Comedy Central's Mind of Mencia before going on to win season four of Last Comic Standing. He performs at 8:30 p.m. at Side Splitters Comedy Club, 12938 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa. $16–$20. (813) 960-1197.

Artist Appreciation Night: Artwork from Artbook Tampa Bay will be shown throughout the museum during this evening that invites the public to mingle with Artbook artists. There will be groovy music and a cash bar, and museum admission is $5 during the event, which starts at 5 p.m. at Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg. (727) 896-2667.

Block Pawty: It's a tail-waggin' good time at this neighborhood pet party in the courtyard of the Snow Circle shops. Put on a grass skirt and lei for the luau theme. It's at 6 p.m. at Hyde Park Village in Tampa. $10 donation. (813) 251-3500.

Revenge of the Electric Car: The Suncoast Sierra Club's Healthy Air Campaign presents Revenge of the Electric Car, a film exploring how the Tampa Bay area is promoting the use of electric vehicles. See it at 6:30 p.m. at Studio@620 in St. Petersburg. $5 suggested donation. (727) 242-3184.

Kids and family

Go Skateboarding Day: Skateboarders around the globe celebrate this day every year, so grab your board and join in with free skating, free barbecue food, giveaways and a trick contest for prizes. It starts at 10 a.m. at Skatepark of Tampa, 4215 E Columbus Drive, Tampa. Free. (813) 621-6793.

To watch

Justin Bieber: All Around the World, 8 p.m., NBC: Biebs went to seven countries in 12 days to record this show, but instead of getting to see girls get trampled in Oslo or Justin getting a concussion by walking into a glass door in Paris, it's just him singing. Mind your daughters don't smack their faces by running into the TV.

Series premiere; Snooki & JWOWW, 10 p.m., MTV: This duo from Jersey Shore gets a spinoff, with Snooki dealing with pregnancy and engagement (in that order) and her taller, better-looking pal having neither. Because life is that fair.
