Former Bay News 9 anchor Jennifer Holloway was charged with driving under the influence Sunday night in Fort Meade.

Holloway, 41, was stopped after police received reports of a black Volvo driving recklessly. An officer stopped her car after watching the vehicle run off the shoulder of the road and weave around, according to the police report.

Upon exiting her vehicle, Holloway stumbled and had trouble completing the field sobriety tests, the report said. She told officers she was traveling home from a friend's house in Bradenton after having three drinks. The citation lists a home address in Clearwater.

Police arrested Holloway after administering field sobriety tests. A breath analysis test revealed a blood-alcohol level of 0.183, the report said.

Holloway left her job as morning anchor on cable newschannel Bay News 9 in 2008, moving to the marketing department at owner Bright House Networks as an on-camera spokeswoman.

A representative for the company said she is still employed there.
