On TV tonight

Up All Night, 8:30 p.m., NBC The Ava Show is canceled, so Reagan and Ava are at each other's throats. Why they even still talk to each other remains a mystery.

SEASON PREMIERE The Office, 9 p.m., NBC Two new hires remind everyone of Jim and Dwight when they were younger. Jim and Dwight should expect the pair to be their supervisors in about six months.

SEASON PREMIERE Parks and Recreation, 9:30 p.m., NBC Only a show with a main character like Leslie Knope would consider guest stars like Sens. Olympia Snowe, Barbara Boxer and John McCain a casting coup. Remember that first season, when Leslie was dumber than a sack of hammers?

SERIES PREMIERE Bling It On, 10 p.m., TLC Sondra Celli from My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding has a series about her shop in Boston, where they make dresses and gossip. A lot.

SERIES PREMIERE Tamar & Vince, 10 p.m., WE Tamar Braxton can't have a singing career, but she and her man Vince Herbert sure qualify for a TV show.
