Stevie Nicks coming to Mahaffey Theater on Sept. 24

Published Aug. 27, 2012

With rumors (sorry about that) of a 2012 Fleetwood Mac reunion swirling in the air, Stevie Nicks will sate her solo jones with a Sept. 24 gig at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg.

Now 64, the mystic Gold Dust Woman will play tracks from 2011 album In Your Dreams as well as her sweet solo blasts (Stand Back, Edge of Seventeen, If Anyone Falls) and Mac attacks (Rhiannon, Dreams).

And don't be fooled by the scarves and soft lighting: Ms. Nicks likes to TURN IT UP in concert, a robust volume her rock paramours (Don Henley, Lindsey Buckingham) would appreciate.

Tickets range from $65 to $175 and go on sale Aug. 11. For more information, call (727) 893-7832.

CORRECTION: Earlier versions of this story appearing in print and online misspelled the name of Fleetwood Mac's song, "Rhiannon."
