Fergie and Josh Duhamel welcome a son, name him after Axl Rose

Here are a couple fairly scary words strung together to form a sentence you probably don't want to read: Fergie and Josh Duhamel are parents. And they named their baby Axl.

The former Black Eyed Pea and the actor welcomed a baby boy Thursday morning, TMZ reports. Axl Jack Duhamel weighed a healthy 7 pounds, 10 ounces.

Axl was born via C-section at an L.A. hospital, where mom Fergie, 38, is still recovering. The site says he was named after Guns 'N Roses sinnger Axl Rose, but don't hold it against him. Mom sang Sweet Child O' Mine with Slash during the 2011 Super Bowl halftime show, which you can watch below. Then remember she's a mom now.
