Rubio: Castro regime would know about attacks on diplomats

Florida Republican says it's a fact that "some sort of sophisticated" attack was carried out.

WASHINGTON – While the U.S. government hasn't found evidence of reported sonic attacks against diplomats in Cuba, Sen. Marco Rubio insisted Sunday that it would be "impossible" for the Castro regime to not know.

Rubio's comments followed comments from Sen. Jeff Flake, who, quoting Cuban officials, said the FBI hasn't found a cause after four trips to Havana.
