Legislation for GVROs, often described as "red flag" laws, has picked up support of some Republicans, including Sen. Marco Rubio over the weekend, citing it as an "example of a state law" that could have helped prevent the Florida shooting. But will legislation move in the GOP-led Legislature? Red flag legislation already filed by Democrats has not gotten movement, though that could change given high profile advocacy from Bush and Rubio and others.
