With Gov. Rick Scott's expected entry into the U.S. Senate race, Democrats are trying to remind voters about controversies in his past, including the whopping Medicare fraud case his former company was involved in.
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee on Monday released a pair of online ads (backed by a "substantial five figure buy," according to an aide, and will play on Facebook and other digital platforms) one dealing with the Medicare case and another involving Scott's use of a blind trust.
Scott is expected to enter the race soon against Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson and a new poll shows a tight race.
