American Bridge is out with a Facebook ad that seeks to tie Gov. Rick Scott to EPA Administrator Pruitt, who is engulfed in decidedly D.C. swamp creature behavior.

"What has Rick Scott done about it?" a narrator asks, followed by the sound of crickets.

Not sure what Scott's supposed to do about it, but he is campaigning for Senate on an message of cleaning up Washington. The ad illustrates Democrats' strategy of looking for targets beyond President Trump.

American Bridge said the ad will run from Friday to Friday and is "the latest installment of our ongoing 5-figure digital campaign in Florida." It asks people to call Scott's office and "demand he stand up to Pruitt."
