Marco Rubio slams Trump ‘hold’ on China tariffs

Rubio asserts that China is winning in negotiations.

WASHINGTON – Sen. Marco Rubio continued to criticize the Trump administration's dealings with China, implying a decision to put tariffs on hold is a sucker's play.

Rubio spoke out Sunday on Twitter, saying the tariff decision showed desperation and that China would prevail. The Florida Republican has also denounced Trump's decision to back off on sacntions against ZTE.
