It's no surprise that the crowd gathered for the Florida GOP's two-day "Sunshine Summit" appears dominated by supporters of Adam Putnam. The agriculture commissioner for years has been courting the activists who regularly attend state party events like this, while his rival for the gubernatorial nomination is relatively new to politics.
