Clearwater Beach may be the best beach in the United States, but the local PD showed that a Pennsylvania man did his best to be the real attraction.
In a Facebook post from March 7, the Clearwater Police Department showed off a couple of officers posing for a photo with a beachgoer who really dressed for the occasion:
