For starters, Rays at Astros, looking to build

UPDATE, 6:45: RHP Matt Andriese was scratched from his scheduled start for AAA Durham tonight, and isn't sick or hurt, so that would seem to mean he could be joining the bullpen as a replacement for LHP Enny Romero. .... Cash said it was just a day off for Jennings, as expected, since he played 4 straight after coming off DL. ... Cash said Odorizzi's combo of fastball and changeup should play well against the Astros lineup, assuming he executes.

UPDATE, 4:10: The Rays have had 10+ hits in 5 straight games, their longest such streak since 2012 and two shy of their 2005 team record. ... Per Elias, Monday's game was the first in which the Rays had 3 RBIs from both middle infielders sine June 9, 2012, when Ben Zobrist and Elliot Johnson did so.

DEVELOPING: The Rays are hoping to keep rolling coming off last night's 9-2 win over the Astros and Scott Kazmir, taking on the AL West leaders again tonight in the second of the four-game series.

RHP Jake Odorizzi, coming off a rough outing of his own, will be on the mound for the Rays. RHP Scott Feldman is starting for the Astros.
