First look: Hagrid ride brings Fluffy the three-headed dog to Universal Orlando

Universal Orlando has revealed a first look at one of the sights planned for Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure.

Scheduled to open June 13, the new immersive coaster at Islands of Adventure's Wizarding World of Harry Potter will feature Fluffy, the three-headed dog who stood guard at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, in addition to an elaborate environment with forest built upon more than 1,200 live trees.

The theme park announced fans can visit the Universal Orlando blog at 11 a.m. every day through Friday to get a sneak peek of rare creatures from the Harry Potter films that are found on the Hagrid ride.

On the coaster, riders will join Rubeus Hagrid, who is the gamekeeper at Hogwarts, on a journey into the Forbidden Forest. This two-seat attraction places one person in the magical motorbike and another in the adjacent sidecar.

Fans of J.K. Rowling's book and film series know that the motorbike originally belonged to Harry's godfather Sirius Black, and it also plays a major role in the rescue of Harry from his aunt and uncle's house. Hagrid hides Harry in the sidecar of the motorbike as other wizards and witches try to throw off the Death Eaters.

Fluffy, meanwhile, is the gigantic, monstrous pooch who appears in the first book and movie. His greatest weakness? The inability to resist falling asleep to the sound of music.
