RUNNING: GREEN ALSO MEANS GO

What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than by lacing up your running shoes and pounding the pavement instead of beer? Green attire? Recommended, of course. The Tampa Bay area is full of competitive races and fun runs to mark the holiday. Here’s a sampling.

River O’Green Gallop: Run, walk, jump or dance your way through this 1-mile family fun run that includes a green T-shirt and a “pot of gold” race packet.
