Though St. Patrick's Day falls on Sunday this year, luck is on your side. This whole week is awash in green parades, green beer and even a green river. Here are the top parties, from family-friendly affairs to raucous adult throwdowns.

Mayor's River O'Green Fest

Tampa will once again dye the Hillsborough River a deep shade of kelly green and Mayor Bob Buckhorn will officially open the River O'Green Festival at Curtis Hixon Park with music by Irish Buskers and Paddy O'Furniture. So look for their float, with krewe members dressed as Teddy's regiment, to lead a parade filled with krewes and bands from across Florida, tossing tons of green beads as floats and marching units pass by.
