Mom abandoned kids in bus to smoke weed on boat. police say
While their mother was partying offshore, the three children were left to their own devices in a small ramshackle miniature school bus. Officers reported finding an unrefrigerated bin of perishable food, a five-gallon bucket doubling as a toilet and a propane tank inside the passenger area. Police say the children had no spare clothing.
