Mom abandoned kids in bus to smoke weed on boat. police say
While their mother was partying offshore, the three children were left to their own devices in a small ramshackle miniature school bus. Officers reported finding an unrefrigerated bin of perishable food, a five-gallon bucket doubling as a toilet and a propane tank inside the passenger area. Police say the children had no spare clothing.

Andrea Kerins, 33, has been charged with three counts of felony child neglect. Kerins was booked into the Pinellas County Jail as Andrea Boyd. Pinellas County Sheriff's Office
