The Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival pays tribute to Clearwater Beach's sugar sand and sunsets. The 14 sand sculptors use 1,000 tons of Clearwater Beach sand to create a walk-through art exhibit. The event raises money for the community and supports the educational initiatives of Sunsets at Pier 60. The festival runs through Sunday, April 24.
