Photos: Andrew Warren files suit against Gov. Ron DeSantis
Earlier this month, Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren was suspended by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for what DeSantis called incompetence and neglect of duty. Warren fired back on Wednesday with a federal complaint in Tallahassee claiming the governor violated his First Amendment rights to free speech.
