Photos: Only "good news" at On Top Of The World News
On Top Of The World News will not use the "d" word, the one that ends in "th." Reporters here only write good news. If you are looking for an obituary, you won't find one, but you can find stories on residents' vacations, sports and a vigorous art contest. The September issue features 65 stories and is delivered by three maintenance employees.
